The main purpose of any Taoist (Daoist) practice is to accumulate and develop the three energies of jing, qi, and shen—what Daoists call the Three Treasures. Jing is the sexual/regenerative energy of a human being and relates to the physical energy generated, in part, from the fluids of the body. Qi is the energy of the breath, or oxygen, in the body, which gives warmth and energy to survive, as well as animating our movements. Shen is the spirit, or consciousness, making it possible to reason and process information experienced. The shen also is what allows a person to experience sensations of the body.

As we undergo the physical and psychological changes from childhood to adulthood, the energies of our body, breath, and mind are at their peak in order to make this transformation. Therefore, to transform yourself and make positive changes to your life (at any age), whether it is through meditation, martial art, sexual practices or the Tigress-Dragon practices, which combine all of these, you must restore your Three Treasures to provide the necessary energy to make the change.

The following Tigress and Dragon Restoration Practices are designed to do just that. They aid in the accumulation and development of the Three Treasures. They are designed to revitalize a person’s regenerative energy and constitution, to recapture the energy, sensitivity to sensations, and intensity of experiences we had as we transitioned into puberty. The exercises are crucial for ensuring physical and sexual restoration, as well as for accumulating qi.

Healing Tigress Exercises DVD

The Healing Tigress exercises cover a wide range of health enhancement techniques for females. The ultimate goal of the Healing Tigress Exercises is to first and foremost aid in the reduction of the negative effects and the amount of menstrual flow, as this is the means for increasing a female's jing (regenerative energy). Likewise, the development of qi is crucial for females, and in women this is expressed in the breasts. So great attention is given to the restoration of the breasts in order to accumulate more qi in them. THe meditation aspect of this exercise is meant to strengthen and focus the spirit.

Regular practice of these exercises can increase libido and sexual secretions, tighten the vaginal walls, swell the breasts, and heighten sensitivity of the nipples. Additionally, these exercises can help alleviate cramping, reduce menstrual flow, lessen PMS symptoms, and defer the onset of menopause and menopausal symptoms.

Tiger Waist Case Insert
Tiger’s Waist Exercise DVD
(For Females and Males)

The Tiger’s Waist Exercise is first and foremost an excellent style of qigong for men and women. In traditional Daoism, this exercise is also known as Willow Waist, Swimming Dragon, or Triple Bracelets Encircling the Moon. However, the practice here has been supplemented in technique to help ensure that the waist is made more slender and flexible, and to help break up fatty tissue in the abdomen, regulate the intestines, and strengthen the spine. Its primary effect, however, is on strengthening the lymphatic system, which is a common problem area in women.

Other benefits in performing the Tiger’s Waist include:
  • Limbering and stretching the entire body.
  • Regulating the kidneys and liver.
  • Firming the breasts and tightening the vaginal muscles.
  • Preventing curvature of the spine and an oversized waist.
  • Strengthening the pelvic muscles to keep the cervix aligned.
  • Promoting strong and pliable back muscles, giving grace to movements of the body.

About the DVD
In her practice, a White Tigress employs An Mo (Pressing and Rubbing Techniques for Relaxing & Strengthening Muscles & Joints) as a means to improve her and her client's overall physical, sexual, and mental health—making the stiff and cold pliable and warm, and the dull and tired awake and energetic. When the heat and movement of qi along with the increased blood flow and sexual energy (ching) are stimulated they move through the muscles and joints causing the spirit (shen) to awaken. An Mo benefits and develops the sexual, internal, and spiritual energies in both the Tigress and her clients.

With this unique system of An Mo, the client and Tigress feel better physically, sexually, and emotionally. An Mo, on an external level, is a “feel good” massage, but internally it is a “sexual-spiritual” experience. It helps to relax and strengthen the muscles and joints, moves the qi in a correct manner, and stimulates the spirit so that anxiety and stress are eliminated. The internal transformation is experienced by both parties.

Once proficient in An Mo, the Tigress was instructed in supplemental techniques related to deeper and more subtle internal energy dynamics. These supplementary techniques included Ching Qi Kan (Cavity and Meridian Stimulation), Kua Shao (Heating and Scraping technique), and various Transformational Sexual Techniques (as shown in our DVD Rousing the Dragon, and the forthcoming Rousing the Tigress and Plain Girl’s Nine Sexual Positions). These advanced techniques demand knowledge of Taoist breathing techniques and a high level of sexual compassion, and a deep understanding of sexual functions.

This DVD is suitable for men or women to learn how to perform An Mo massage. Women enjoy and benefit from receiving this massage as well as men. An Mo is a valuable skill that both men and women can practice and teach.

About the DVD
The White Tigress Society™ presents the Eight Oral Techniques and Five Hand Methods of the White Tigress—providing a foundation and general scope for a female’s training in sexual stimulation. Learning these methods will not only enhance her sexual stimulation skills and restoration processes, but will, over time, give her the knowledge and internal energy for learning and experiencing the more spiritual aspects of Absorption and Illumination. We hope all viewers understand that these techniques are but a springboard for discovering her true, inner immortaless self.

The Eight Oral Techniques correspond to the Eight Diagrams (Ba-Kua) of the I-Ching (Book of Changes) which is central to Taoist philosophy. Each technique is demonstrated in the sequential arrangement of the Eight Images of Heaven, Valley, Fire, Thunder, Wind, Water, Mountain, and Earth.

The Five Hand Methods correspond to the Five Elements (Wu-Hsing) and are demonstrated in the order of Metal, Fire, Wood, Water, and Earth.

Based on the Eight Diagrams and Five Elements, the techniques in this DVD correlate to the Eight Types of Jade Stems (penises), Five Types of Glans Penis, and the Five Types of Semen. By knowing these correlations, a female can determine which of the Eight Oral Techniques or which of the Five Hand Methods is most suitable for each particular male. For more information, see The Sexual Teachings of the Jade Dragon and White Tigress, Green Dragon. This DVD contains sexually explicit material for adults only.

Qigong Teachings Book Cover
Qigong Teachings of a Taoist Immortal

The seated Eight Brocades exercises featured in this book are an internal and external yogic exercise regime that aids in the development of the Three Treasures of ching, qi, and shen. The first four exercises are performed directly prior to the meditation period and the second four right afterward.

Eight distinct therapies function within the exercises for developing optimal health, increasing longevity, and achieving immortality:

  • The first therapy involves the use of massage—such as the patting and pressing aspect of Beat the Heavenly Drum, the pressing activity within Shake the Heavenly Pillar, the rubbing of the kidneys and heating of the hands in Rub the Court of the Kidneys, and the massaging of the bubbling well cavities in Grasping with Hooks.
  • The second therapy uses sound, as in the tapping of the Heavenly Drum, listening to the breath, hearing the sound of ku ku, and using the five half coughs.
  • The third is the aspect of visualization, as in imagining a fire burning in the lower stomach and producing light in the yu chen cavity, and imagining the qi circulating in the body.
  • The fourth is the method of twisting and stretching, as seen in Shake the Heavenly Pillar, The Single Pass and Double Pass Windlass, Supporting Heaven, and Grasping with Hooks.
  • The fifth is the method of breath control, of which four main types are used: Cleansing Breath (Ching Hsi), Natural Breathing (Tzu Hsi), Tortoise Breathing (Kuei Hsi), and Closing the Breath (Pi Qi).
  • The sixth therapy is that of swallowing, which begins with the saliva and later on the breath itself.
  • The seventh therapy is the use of meditative (ching tso) techniques.
  • The eighth therapy is the circulation of qi through the jen mo and tu mo meridians (hsiao chou t’ien, or the Lesser Heavenly Circuit). The Lesser Heavenly Circuit is the actual goal for Eight Brocades practice.

T'ai Chi According to the I Ching not only takes T'ai Chi in a new and more creative direction, but provides an entirely new, logical, and insightful approach to T'ai Chi history and practice. Stuart Olson’s discovery and creation of I T'ai Chi will certainly have a profound influence on all styles, and the future popularity and practice of T'ai Chi.
  • For the first time the theories of T'ai Chi are clearly explained side-by-side with the philosophies it is rooted on, the I Ching and Taoism.
  • Reveals for the first time the correlation and structure of the primary Eight Postures of T'ai Chi and the Eight Diagrams of the I Ching, which is then the basis for
constructing the 64-Posture I Tai Chi form.
  • Explains the physical and spiritual benefits that result from the practice of the 16-Posture Before Heaven and 64-Posture After Heaven I T'ai Chi forms.
  • An essential reference book for any serious student of T'ai Chi and the I Ching.
T'ai Chi is a physical expression of Taoist thought—a philosophy in motion. The relationship between the I Ching, Taoist philosophy, and T’ai Chi is well established in many of the classical texts and teachings handed down by the Yellow Emperor and Zhang Sanfeng, yet it has essentially remained a mystery in the West.
This book provides valuable advice for all practitioners, regardless of the style they practice or the depth of their experience. An essential reference and source book for any serious student of Taoism, T'ai Chi According to the I Ching is an invaluable guide to how even the most esoteric aspects of Chinese philosophy are firmly rooted in a physical practice.
