How are products delivered to me?
Via USPS, United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.
What happens after I’ve placed my order?
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing in addition to shipping time. In the event that your order will not be sent out within 48 hours, you will receive an email explaining the delay.
We provide shipping confirmation and tracking numbers on an automated system, as soon as your order is out for delivery.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on opened merchandise. Returns accepted on unopened, damaged or defective items only, and only within 2 days of delivery confirmation.
What about International Shipping?
We are pleased to announce our return to international shipping! We currently ship to the following 34 countries. I am sorry to say that we are unable to ship to Germany or Brazil due to Customs limitations. Don’t see your country listed? Feel free to send us a message!
